Yoga Nidra is a soothing guided meditation that is extremely restorative for the body. Be prepared to experience profound and effortless relaxation while in a state of conscious deep sleep. You’ll be guided through a series of steps that will make it simple and much easier to relax than in a typical meditation session. Please dress comfortably—preferably in layers, and feel free to bring a pillow.
