The winter solstice, the longest night of the year in the northern hemisphere, has long been celebrated by many traditions as an auspicious time for spiritual practice and inner reflection. Though in our culture there is an external call to consume and celebrate, our inner lives are asking for stillness, rest and deep silence. Please join us on the solstice for a ritual gathering to practice mindfully flowing yoga postures, meditation, mantra and self-reflection to honor this sacred time. Come prepared to practice and bring a journal and pen for reflections. Friday December 21st, 7-8:30 pm. All those who identify as women are welcome!
