What am I grateful for today?
Slowing down. That's one of the great things that happens with yoga - the slowing down. And there's listening to the sound of your breath, and feeling the sensations, the aliveness in your body. That feeling of coming home to yourself. And then the feeling of gratitude is as natural and breathing in and out.
