Support allows release. Come unwind from your week while sharing time with a loved one! Pairing together, whether spouse, parent, sibling or friend, you will be guided to give (while the other receives & vice versa) supportive propping, hands on adjustments and therapeutic presses in a simple restorative yoga sequence.
You will be introduced to a basic restorative yoga sequence that unwinds the deepest layers of tension along the spine, freeing up low back, hip, neck and shoulder tightness. You will learn how to coach your partner through a simple yogic breathing practice. This session is done clothed and on the floor with propping that is carefully adjusted to each person. Beginner-friendly.
