There is so much out there touting the benefits of meditation these days that it can be a confusing and sometimes seemingly daunting task to undertake! This class will demystify and break down the practice so that it can be immediately experienced by beginners and experienced meditators alike, by those who are spiritual seekers and those who want simply to reap the benefits of meditation for mind and body. There will be an emphasis on individual practice and how to practice at home if you so choose (materials will be provided), but in class we will reap the benefits of taking part in that meditation in a group. There is nothing like meditating together. It not only helps to support and strengthen your individual practice, but it is also a powerful process. Did you know that studies of the brain have proven that when people meditate in the same room their brain wavelengths sync up?!

$12 per class or $45 for the series
