Kundalini Yoga is known as the "Yoga of Awareness." It includes asanas, dynamic breath work, meditation, mantras and mudras to help rebalance and raise your awareness and energy levels. The practice helps tone and strengthen the nervous system and beautifully blends components of the physical, mental and emotional practices, leaving you with an internal feeling of peace and tranquility.
