Happy October and New Schedule!
New day, new week, new month, new time of year! We have made some schedule changes with some new classes including:
- Pranayama on Tuesday and Thursday mornings 8:30 am - 9:45 am
- Vinyasa Bliss on Thursdays at 5:30 pm is now a class that features our teachers-in-training (donations-friendly)
- Yoga for Stronger Bones Tuesdays 7 pm (sort of new)
And our regular and solid class schedule of Restorative Yoga, SomaYoga, Vinyasa, Strengthen & Restore, Warm Yoga and Slow Flow Vinyasa.
