2 - 4 pm
This two hour workshop will introduce you to the Enneagram: a fascinating, centuries-old tool that helps you better understand yourself and the motivation behind your behavior. Imagine combining the wisdom of your dearest friend, a personality tool like Myers-Briggs and your own deepest insights: that's the Enneagram! You will leave with a basic understanding of the nine different Enneagram types and the first steps in determining your own personal type. Kate Ostrem of 9 Open Doors will share how to apply this knowledge to every day situations, with the aim to increase the compassion you have for yourself and those you love.
Kate Ostrem wants to live in world where we embrace the present moment more fully and view ourselves and others with compassion. An Enneagram coach and educator, she is certified by Anne Muree with Olive Branchways and has studied with Russ Hudson, Helen Palmer and Jerry Wagner. She happily serves on the board of the Minnesota Chapter of the International Enneagram Association.
When she’s not sharing her passion for the Enneagram, she works as Director of Communications for HealthEast Foundation, spends time with her family, reads somewhat obsessively, and does yoga.
