All new students may attend their first class for free. To attend class regularly you may purchase a class card or pay the drop-by rate of $15. Class cards are valid for 3 months from date of purchase and can be used to attend any class. They are not transferable. Our studio will be closed during the State Fair dates (Thursday August 26 - Monday September 6). Classes will begin again on Tuesday September 7. Questions? Please call 651-230-6510.

Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday Restorative Yoga with Sheila Burns

A powerful and restorative yoga that releases muscle tension starting at the base of the spine and moving upward. By the end of your first class you will feel the changes in your body; greater flexibility, relief from neck, shoulder and back pain, reduced stress, greater energy and mental clarity, deeper sleep. 90 minute class.

Monday Hatha Yoga with Sherri Juenemann

Sherri began practicing yoga twelve years ago and recently completed her RYT 200 (Registered Yoga Teacher training).  Her intention as both a practitioner and instructor of yoga is to still the mind and create vibrant space in the body.  She uses Iyengar alignment principles, breathing techniques, Vinyasa movement flow, and the Hatha balance of active and receptive energies to guide students in a fun practice. 75 minute class.

Tuesday Yoga for Men with Sheila

Men need yoga as much if not more than women! Join this class designed especially for men, concentrating on areas of tightness and weakness (hips and low back, upper back). We will learn a sequence that can be practiced at home, with handouts and pose descriptions. This class is appropriate for all levels of experience. 1-hour class.

Wednesday Hatha Flow with Ann Blackburn

This Hatha-based class links the classical yoga postures in a flowing sequence to increase energy, strength, flexibility, balance and clarity. All experience levels welcome. Poses are taught with modifications and the opportunity to intensify or simplify as needed. Ann began practicing yoga 25 years ago and continued through three pregnancies. She has completed her RYT 200 and additional prenatal yoga training. 75 minute class.

Wednesday Hatha Yoga with Craig Berdie

Craig’s classes emphasize alignment and proper breathing yet students will know they have worked out aerobically. Poses are adjusted to each student’s needs with modifications as appropriate for flexibility or physical limitations. 75 minute class.

Saturday Beginning Hatha Yoga with Sheila

This 1 hour class will introduce you to basic poses and concepts of yoga. You will be challenged, but never beyond your own ability. This class will help you move onto any other class you may wish to take. 1-hour class.
