All new students may attend their first class without prior registration. The drop-by rate is $15. To attend class regularly, you may purchase a class card or pay the drop-by rate. Restorative Yoga with Sheila

A powerful and restorative yoga that releases muscle tension starting at the base of the spine and moving upward. By the end of your first class you will feel the changes in your body; greater flexibility, relief from neck, shoulder and back pain, reduced stress, greater energy and mental clarity, deeper sleep. 90 minute class. This class is appropriate for all levels including beginners. Fridays 10 am/Thursdays 7 pm /Saturdays 9 am and 12:30 pm/Sundays 8:30 am 10:30 am (women only) and 12 noon

Vinyasa Power Yoga with Mary Kokinnen

This balanced vinyasa flow practice allows you to move at your own pace exploring breath linked with movement and detoxifying, exhilarating and relaxing both body and mind. This class will focus on beginning-to-intermediate postures with options for more advanced variations and mindfulness to both alignment and breath.  While basic knowledge of yoga postures and sun salutations is helpful, modifications are taught to fit the beginning student’s needs. 75 minute class. Monday Hatha Yoga with Sherri

This yoga class uses classical Hatha yoga poses to cultivate awareness and an opening to grace.  Breathing techniques, Vinyasa flow, and Anusara alignment principles are emphasized in an energetic, fun class.  Poses are modified by the instructor for individual students. 75 minute class. Mondays 7 pm

Yoga for Men with Sheila

Men need yoga as much if not more than women! Join this class designed especially for men, concentrating on areas of tightness and weakness (hips and low back, upper back). We will learn a sequence that can be practiced at home, with handouts and pose descriptions. This class is appropriate for all levels of experience. 75 minute class. Tuesdays 5:30 pm

Strengthen and Restore with Sheila

In this class restorative and classical hatha yoga poses are sequenced with breath to build strength and release muscle tension and stiffness. Moving the body in every direction, students will be guided to find the ease and "sweetness" in every pose. This class is appropriate for all levels, including beginners. 75 minute class. Tuesdays 7 pm/Thursdays 5:30 pm

Vinyasa Flow with Ann

This class links the breath with classical hatha yoga poses in a flowing motion to purify, strengthen and balance body, mind and more. All poses taught with modifications to simplify or intensify as needed. Appropriate for beginners. 75 minute class. Wednesdays 9:30 am

Vinyasa Yoga with Sara Halverson

This balanced vinyasa flow practice allows you to move at your own pace exploring breath linked with movement and detoxifying, exhilarating and relaxing both body and mind. Gentle Vinyasa with Maggie

This yoga class will gently take you through a flowing sequence of postures that will warm the body, strengthen the muscles and quiet the mind.  Including a Kundalini-inspired warm-up sequence, suns salutations a gentle warrior sequence and calming breath work with plenty of time for Shavasana. 60 minute class. Wednesdays 7 pm      

Beginning Yoga

Are you new to yoga and don't know where to start? Too many styles of yoga and words you don't understand and can't pronounce? Are you afraid you may not be flexible enough? This class will start you on your path of yoga. Each class will introduce a basic principle of yoga with time for Q&A. Then we'll immerse ourselves in the experience. You'll understand why people everywhere are getting "hooked" on yoga. 60 minute class. Fridays 5 pm

Awakening the Joyful Heart with Maggie

This Kundalini inspired class combines yoga and dance to free your spirit and get you moving. Breathwork, gentle vinyasa, standing and balancing postures will warm you up and get you on your feet for some real fun! Maggie will lead you through very simple free-flowing moves and you can dance your heart open and awaken the joy that is always there. Then into some calming yoga poses and finally a centering breath to end the class. 75 minutes and appropriate for all levels, including beginners. Watch for next class/offered 1x per month.

Vinyasa Yoga with Brianna

This class honors several traditions of yoga including Iyengar, Ashtanga and Hatha. We use breath as the vehicle to carry us through a series of postures that open and connect the mind, body and spirit. The sequence is created for the energy in the room and the needs of the students. Come in comfortable clothing, with an open heart and a willingness to explore your own energy centers. 75 minute class. Students of all levels of experience are welcome to join. Saturdays 11 am
