In this three hour workshop we will use restorative backbends and abdominal poses to open the heart and ribcage, and naturally deepen and lengthen your breath. We will do several poses to release tension in the chest, upper back and ribcage, and through the whole spine. We will have time for poses to be held longer, taking you into a deep sense of restoration in your body and mind. You will experience an open heart and a fuller, easier breath. The class will start and end with a long Shavasana relaxation and guided awareness to anchor you in the wisdom of your body.
