Learn to Meditate Workshop

This course is appropriate for beginners or those who wish to deepen their current meditation practice. Offered as a series of three weekly (2-hour sessions), you will learn everything you need to establish and develop a personal practice of meditation. Each session includes instruction and practice. You will discover that meditation is a natural state inherent in all of us and that you can meditate.
You will learn:
- Different methods for accessing deep meditative states
- How to deal with an active mind in meditation
Several options for the most comfortable seated position
How to support a regular meditation practice
