Learn to Meditate
If you have ever wanted to learn to meditate, this course is for you. Offered in three 2-hour sessions, you will learn everything you need to establish and develop a personal practice of meditation. Teachings are based in yogic texts and sutras, providing background and support for this ancient and modern practice. This course will help you ease into meditation.
