Pain Clinic: Learn to feel better in your body.
Ongoing pain is an intrusive, powerful force that changes our activities, our emotional state and even our relationships. This 60-minute clinic will address how pain affects our lives and how SomaYoga can bring relief to all the areas affected by recurring pain - body, mind and spirit - to guide you to a new sense of peace and relief.
At the end of the clinic, we'll give you a recommendation for next steps to build long-term pain reduction strategies into your life.
