    Women's Summer Solstice Sadhana Friday June 16th!

    Celebrate the light! The summer solstice is the longest day of the year, and an auspicious time to honor the activating energy of the sun. It is an opportunity to recognize all we have manifested and to revel in abundance. Throughout the ages, women have gathered to honor the cycle of the seasons, phases of the moon and the opportunity for new beginnings at the seasonal junctures. Practicing in a community of women is a powerful way to offer collective intentions and prayers, meditate on the direction of our life's path and support each other in growth, healing and transformation. In this class we will embark on a ritualized journey that may include intention setting, breath exercises, chanting, slow flowing yoga postures, meditation, visualization, and deep relaxation. All levels of practice are welcome and supported; please bring a journal and pen. Women only, 90-minute class, 7:30-9 pm.
